    Choppa R3 Results only....

Well this was really the first time id had a chance to put my wets on my rims (except for 4 laps of taupo) and i was pretty surprised how much grip they offered! It was still a bit sketchy running over the white lines and you had to be nice and smooth but it was still very enjoyable! I managed to get front row starts for both classes, i made some good starts and was able to match johnny and nick for speed in sections but i wasnt totally happy trying to run that pace in the wet and i decided to look back and just maintain the gap, get some points in the bag and stay on! So unfortunately i dont have to much exciting racing to report back on, but i did walk away with 2nd in both classes and id say second in both series points as well so it all ended up being a good weekend.

Im definetly motivated to start getting some race wins under my belt for the second half of the series so keep an eye out next round!!

Well done, CHOPPA. Wise call to back off a little and collect the points.

Good stuff Sloan. It's all about the points at the end of the year mate. To finish first, first you have to finish.
