if everything seems to be going well you obviously dont know whats going on
Throw aside htis 'legal agreement' bullshit. No one will be bothered taking you to court arguing that you have a legal agreement to complete the trade.
It's a dick thing to do, but you can pull out if you really want to with minimal repercussions. You'll get a Neutral / Negative feedback out of it maybe. I fucken hate when cunts do this to me though. Wastes my time.
Kamper, Ya know really its got sweet fuck all to do with wolves or bling or the law.
It has everything to do with common human decency.
Really it is that simple.
If you do or don't carry on with the sale to me is irrelevant
What is important is you be fair and reasonable with another human being.
Either step ut to the plate and pay up or contact the guy and admit you made a mistake.
To see a life newly created. To watch it grow and prosper. Isn't that the greatest gift a human being can be given?
you've got the $$. you bid on the bike. you won the auction. it's yours.
230 posts? Naw, I might just go and cry into my milk...![]()
It is preferential to refrain from the utilisation of grandiose verbiage in the circumstance that your intellectualisation can be expressed using comparatively simplistic lexicological entities. (...such as the word fuck.)
Remember your humanity, and forget the rest. - Joseph Rotblat
You bid, you won, you bought, quiet simple really, pay up and![]()
I'm not going to name and shame. Why sh/w-ould I? My post was a direct statement to HK and reflected my dealing(s) with him in person.
I meant what I said about keeping in touch etc BUT that was before I read the post that started this thread. I red blinged too...it said something about being accountable...and I meant that too. Back out of one sale, with/out a story to explain why...that's life. Do it again...well, says a lot.
Fool me once...shame on you. Fool me twice...shame on me.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?
I change my vote from this guys not only a timewaster but hes a first prize tosser , there were other people bidding on this auction and this prick fucked it for everyone interested , some people dont have any idea , you dont deserve the bike and stay off trademe when your pissed
I have to say you bid on it and won so you now own it. You have to be really careful at auctions and don't get caught up in the hype. Only bid what you can afford to pay otherwise you will end up in the shit, and hey presto here ya are in the stinky stuff. You will just have to pay ya money and learn from it.
If you tell the bidder quickly, I think he's able to offer it to the 2nd highest bidder.
man, welcome to my blacklist! thats just plain wrong, you dont bid and then back out. i thought school holidays were over?
and as for dragging mstrs into this [over something i know nothing about], long time members here will believe mstrs ahead of some noob trying to drag him down.
