A shame you see Police only as (I suspect) an antagonistic organisation that does not fit in with your beliefs.

Certain branches such as Youth Aid, LREP, SOCO etc are positive, non-confrontational as are several analytical section.

It's not ALL about busting heads and jailing those whose lifestyle may echo yours.

My reply here had nothing to do with my view on police. It was all about what having a police in the family will do to you.

Mrs SPB's information evening is on the 27th August......the biggest impediment at this stage is the potential training period and near 5 months away from home, I feel that could be the deal breaker.
