I think it's time the government pulled up its pants and sold the skyhawks regardless of whether or not the US government wants us to or not, that is unless the US government wants to foot the bill for the losses made while they've sat in storage waiting for the US department of defence to make up its mind. Take out the fancy avionics and sell them to the highest bidder.
