    Quick plastic fairing repair - which glue?

    I have my fairings off to change my horn, heh, and there is a broken plastic mounting pillar.

    Can I just put s splodge of glue on it for now ? What sort ?

    PVA? UHU? Cyanoacrylate? Snot? Epoxy? Cable tie? Any hint?

    It can be purchased from Australia Racewear

    It's great stuff. Get the smallest kit first coz it does quite a lot for the amount you get. I haven't come across anything as good as this.

    Thanks Col. That shit looks like the bizo.

    Unfortunately, the fairings have to back on in the next hour.. fine weather 'n all, ya know..

    So I'm gunna finish my coffee and and, uh, go try something, in the good ol' kiwi "go try something" spirit.

    UHU plastic glue? PVC pipe solvent glue? Cyanoacrylate? I have these on the shelf.

    Yep use that in the mean time. But I suggest you get some of the Plastex in coz it's that good.

    I just used Epoxy glue from the where house and its been great so far......
    But then again I am just a cheap bugger lol. $4.00
