    True that - practise practise practise and a little bit of patience I think. Just feels like I should be closer to the comfort I used to feel. But then I have to remind myself too that it's been a long break, I didn't grow up on bikes and I have moved up to a bigger bike....plus my awareness has shifted..that's actually a bit of a struggle for me...hypnotherapy perhaps?
