Ah shite I just realised that I've only got a temporary paper licence at the moment - no drinking for me unless it's somewhere that doesn't ask for ID. :/
We won't have a problem parking at Down Town. Ample of bike parking.
There a couple of pubs. Am thinking of Occidental or O'Carrols. They usually have benches outside.
If we get there by 4ish, you should be ok. Haven't been asked for ID yet.
righto, i'll do the appropriate posting for vulcan lane then
This week NOT at Strata - suggest a venue!
currently 5th sept going to be 4pm at Vulcan Lane, with a ride the same day ending there.
im out unless the weather gets better (rideable)

Think we should try a few different places for the Chiller. How about the Belgium bar out at Ponsonby or Mission bay this Friday?
