Good idea dude, I'll look for ya. We're in a Red Bighorn with a little blue trailer quite noticeable because the drz bolts on sideways on the a arm of the trailer. The bikes are the rainbow as earlier stated

Meet somewhere first guys or at a spefic end of the pits there. In my experiance the above doesn't even work at a local track let alone where 600 bikes might be!!
On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!

Had a great ride on Saturday.

Weather was a bit overcast and showery first thing bit soon cleared.

The 50 k loop had a mixture of tight single track, bulldozed track and some quite open riding in it. Fantastic 3 & 4 gear cnrs one after the other.

The short track was bulldozed with some good uphills.

Managed to get 3 of the big loops in and a couple of the short.

There was a guy quite badly injured just soon after the start of the tracks in the afternoon. Not sure what happen but the helicopter came and picked him up.
    Not normally a good sign.

Mate you did well then, we only did 2 of the 50k and one of the 17k and we were pretty stuffed, good ride though as always, not suprised that there was someone badly injured with all that real high speed stuff.

Yeah good ride all round aye guys - got to meet BOOOM(Gisborne)and his possy and also met Kezzafish from Wellington.
Some of the fast open stuff was a real buzz - some of it was 130-140kph material which was cool.Weather was brilliant as well. Did the 50k once- mid trail once and short trail once and also checked the novice out twice at the end of the arvo when it was nice and quiet(just to get our 45 bucksworth lol) I noticed the kids track was pretty sweet too - one of the best I've seen yet -mixture of nice jumps and cool corners. Gotta say this sport is awesome fun.Asked the St Johns crowd if they had a busy day and they said no - which is good for everyone concerned. Hope Epic Events are able to hold on to that venue for a while I say.

I heard he had a couple broken ribs and a punctured lung.
He'll survive to ride another day!

It was even before the turn off for the short/long ride.
I came off there on saturday, at about 70kmh, luckily i held on to me bike and the back just swung around on me, slow to a stop, not even hurt, but boy it gave me a fright.

I did the novice 10 or so times over the two days, with the girls etc and then did the 17,47 and then the 40 twice today. Not particularly hard at all but still good fun.
