Just make sure the bikes don't have anything exotic hanging off them this time. The tears are only worth it if you're trying to wind people up.
Zen wisdom: No matter what happens, somebody will find a way to take it too seriously. - obviously had KB in mind when he came up with that gem

Sams bike was well within the rules last time, it just came down to the small minded politics of envy, and frankly, people having nothing better to do than moan. Given lack of time we didnt even read the data logging traces, even though the stuff was fitted.
This country has a real problem with tall poppy syndrome, irrespective of whether you have worked every hour that god sends to achieve what you have got. Personally, I look up to the many successful people we have in society, except for those who have predominantly accumulated wealth through speculation or downright dodgy dealing.
This is not a bite back at you as I know your comment was lighthearted!

I would think more have lost wealth thru dodgy dealing and speculation. So where would you place John Key. Certainly not down, perhaps sideways.

Whats really great about this weekends entry is all the riders coming up from the South. And the Ozzy450r of course.

In the current environment, yes. And yes I do indeed have reservations about John Key, but much much more about Clarkenstein.

You couldnt have said it better Robert, we should want people to excell in their field, but Nzers have this great trait of bagging people...

Good onya Robert, good response to something that has been done to death: no rules were broken, no toes were stood on, people just applied and used the rules as they stand, all power to them.

Personally I couldn't care less if someone rocked up on a full WSBK bike, the fact that some of our best and brightest turn up to a club meeting is great news. People need exposure to these guys, they need to see exactly where the bar is set and have something concrete to aim for with everything from riding ability to bike setup and pit processes. This is a great opportunity for our young up and comers especially, how people can drag something negative out of it is beyond me.

A TZ should win that shouldn't it ?
Wasn't Pavich the woman who won the very last NZ 250 Championship , about 4 or 5 people contested it before it died completely,
    shame that ? Gaz.
