T shirt and undies. I bought leathers that actually fit me so there's no room for another outfit underneath. I see a lot of people with baggy leathers and hope they don't fall off.....baggy leathers do not hold armour in place.

I ride naked. I find it does more to improve my visibility than does one of those naff fluoro vests. And it doesn't leak in the wet. Marvellous!

Be careful what you ask for. The last time I lay on a beach, DOC officers turned up and tried to roll me back into the ocean.

aaah thats right, how the (&*@&#^$*@# do you fit jeans under leathers? How about chucking a swandri under your jacket too!

    thermals, and/or windproof stuff.

    Thermals, t-shirt, undies.

It depends entirely on the time of year and the weather. I'm coming around to the idea that a light shower-proof nylon top under the jacket can prevent heat loss if the wind turns cold. Easy to take off and stuff away. One of those "jacket in a bag" things from the Whare House.

A while ago I rode to Christchurch about 6:00am and stuffed one of those strong plastic shopping bags - the department store type - down the front inside the leather jacket. It was amazingly warm.
