On another note, young miss fireball will be marshalling on the 26th, and needs a ride down. Either pillion or cage, she's not fussy. She has no internets at the moment, so if any of y'all would be able to assist with getting her from East Tamaki to Taupo and back again, could you let me know?

Well I've installed some Racetech emulators (2 turns of preload, 10W oil, rebound holes brazed shut and stock fork springs) and put on a new front tyre, a Diablo Rosso 120/70-17 vs the Diablo 120/60-17. So it's going to be interesting to see how the bike performs. I went for a short ride after fitting the emulators and I think it isn't diving and mushing around so much going into corners, but it felt like it needed a little more effort to countersteer it after braking. I thought it felt like the front needed more weight on it, but it might've been in my imagination, I have to ride it more and read up more about suspension tuning.

Yet another excellent MotoTT Trackday.

Huge thanks to kiwifruit for letting me out of my cage in the arvo.

Also to Shaun for a go on your awesome bike! Looking forward to seeing you racing again.

Took my girl out for her first time on a track. Think I frightened her a wee bit.

Had fun playing with Matt Bleck and DMNTD even tho I couldnt keep up.

Thanks to the MotoTT team for all the work you do.

Oh and turn 2 should be named Ben's corner. Really gutted for ya Ben. Hope your not too sore today and the bikes are easily fixed.
