I agree but doesn't the ER6 family and the SV650/s do that already? COG and lighter to boot, it's not like this Gladius is going to be any easier on fuel? Adding it's weight plus the rider it would probably cost more fuel in the long run when compared to what's out there right now?

Feel free to educate me, I'm probably talking out of my arse

There is a black version that I think looks pretty good. I think the yellow and black version looks ok too.

Suzuki's website for the bike is more than a little gay though (you need the sound on for full effect):

Come on guys, it looks like photoshop. Check out the engine casings - not the same as the (current) SV, and no oil cooler.

Looks as if someone's been having fun with an older model SV.

Looks like they're targetting the girls market as Kwaka do with the ER6 Should be a reasonable seller overseas.

What is with all these bike manufacturers and their for flares? Nearly every new model seems to have a trumpet inspired exhaust...
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
    we will remember them

Yep, you're right. It's listed on the US Suzuki site as a repalcement for the SV650N. Sort of looks ok in the plain black.
