In keeping with the original TNR, I'm gonna own you all, and do it onboard an RF900 to make it sting even worse.

    But seriously, WOOT WOOT!!!

A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

    I'm on Waikanae Hill.

I'm pretty keen on these rides; whats the pace like? I'm on a VTR1000 however only just got the bike and only just got my full (in other words I'm really a learner legally on a big bike). I only own a bike for the purpose of weekend rides etc. How many people usually turn up?

One other thing that sucks is I ran the bike dry after only about 200ish kms!! Had to go door knocking for lawn mower gas to top up so I could get to a gas station....

Couldn't say for sure mate but from what ya read the thursday night rides can be rather quick (don't mean ya have to ride at that pace)
The wednesday night sounds more like a pootle over the hill or wherever it ends up going !

If your looking for someone to ride over and meet these guys either wed or thurs i'm always keen (from next week on)

The pace is only as fast as you go mate, there is often 10 or 15 bikes there, and we all ride at different speed on the hill. Nothing too stupid any more, but the days of old were way beyond dangerous at the pointy end of the pack. Which is why it has a bit of a rep as us being a bunch of wankers on the road.

Speak for yourself. I have always been a model of decorum whilst on the TRTNR.
