Wellington Wednesday Night Cruisy Summer Rides -- 2008/09

Yes, I managed to get off work early and just (only just) got to the duck pond before everyone set off

It was a fun trip last night - a figure eight around Whiteman's Valley/Te Marua and then over Haywards to the SandBar. Thanks to Guy and Dennis for leading/TEC

Great to see everyone - dozen-ish bikes in all... good to see a couple of new riders too. Cheers DJ

Caltex Rimutaka is a favourite meeting spot this site of the Rimutakas. The Flying Fish (Toppys) in Martinborough is another.

Sweet might go hang out at the caltex station for a bit tomorrow and hook up with some intermediat looking riders that ride by.

hi all just thought id come along this wensday as my hours of work has changed so cant do the thursday rides anymore an if i dont get out on the bike at lest three times a week my head will explode

Hey, I will come along this Wednesday I think. My mate and my Dad might also. Sounds like a good get together. Just did the takas a couple of hours ago and the roads were getting patched up. I think that was 3 days in a row I did the takas.... good fun

Time to take my L-plate over the 'takas. I should be good to go this wednesday. I'd prefer to ride over the 'takas without excessive wind, so hopefully the weather holds out.

In any case I'll turn up... can always chicken out with my chicken strips in tow
