    howdy all,

do you think with summer coming around that this type of group riding will be common over the summer months??

Last weekends ride from what I can make of the comments was well worth attending & weekends seem to be more likeable by all.

yep. we are going to try to make this a regular thing. Especially for the non-racers/speed freaks among kbers.

Also so it is a ride the new riders are happy to come along on. There are several of us who dont mind cruising along under the speed limit and riding with folks that are just getting ther confidence up.

If you are wanting to prove how hard you are by going super fast or crazy, then these aren't the rides for you.

The plan was to make it a regular thing as in on a weekly basis We have got allot of interest for this ride so i am fairly sure that there will always be at least a couple of us out for a cruisy ride from hamilton on sundays.

Not to say if you want to be the "leader of the pack" thats fine, just means you have to wait for us at designated stops and you should have all our coffees ready and paid for by the time we get there

    Good call Murray!

We had some quicker guys on the last ride too. For me that is good, I wouldnt mind a few pointers to help me be a bit less of a nana and learn some skills to push myself a bit.

I plan to use the mentors for that too!!

I did pm quasi to see if he wanted to come but he tells me now he only has a racing bike. So that pretty much rules out the Hamilton mentor for street bikes. I would have liked a few tips too. However as the group grows and gets to know each other I am sure useful tips will be passed on

I have posted a calendar event for this ride.
If you guys going on the ride get a moment and you click on the link and register your interest and then I would be interested if you all think this will be a better way of organinsing the rides rather than ppl trolling through this thread looking for route details etc.

I say we keep the thread open to talk about rides and the like but thought it might be a good way to keep all the important info in one place
