Most libraries have voting booths from 10.00am to at least Noon this Saturday. It will be raining so voting will not get in the way of a good ride.

There isn't a cutoff and one could turn up on the day...but....we take registrations to pre-print certificates and get the contact details are in case anything happens. ie if you don't report in, we know who is missing and who to contact. We will also email out ride instructions the week before and for any other updates about the ride. There are also some spot prizes that will be pre-drawn to give out before the ride as we found last year, there's a 4+ hour delay between 1st in and last. It also saves time on the day so if you don't pre-register, you miss out on the draw and don't get the opportunity to clearly identify where you're going and plan your fuel stops.

The general gist is there, but I'm afraid there's quite a few hooks and diversions missing. You might even find that's not 1000Km??

As mentioned above, the registered riders will receive ride instructions, via email, in a few days....or you can turn up next Saturday and find out what the route is then.
