Don't be a doormat. She'll lose respect for you. this doesn't mean you say no to everything she asks, but you draw a line between what you will and won't do and make that clear. This includes your bike. Forget about her for a moment and ask yourself, would you be happy not riding another bike until you die? This decision is independent of anyone else.
You will have to do things with her you don't normally like. Likewise, she might have to ride pillion with you if scared of bikes. This is part of relationship building and shows your support of the other's interests. It doesn't mean you have to go to shows each week - but you will get extra brownie points (= shagging for us one track mind men) if you go to a show and talk to her heaps - asking what she enjoyed and how it compared to others.
Women like schedules, lists, calendars when it comes to planning things in advance like dinners at parents, holidays. (PS: They also like you to surprise them - I'm talking about the together things you do or regular stuff). What this means, is you don't at 5pm tell her I'm not going to dinner at your parents, but you tell her every 2nd week (or when the weather is spot on) - you'll be riding your bike. This will avoid letting her down at the last minute and spoiling expectations etc...
Above all - you do have to be yourself as the others have said. If you don't, then you eventually will naturally (you can't fight it) - so be yourself now and if it's meant to be - it will.
