It is simple:
Take in more calories then you burn and see the kilo's add.
Used to coach body builders. Protein shakes is what you take. 2 - 3 a day. Add some good stuff like eggs, bananas etc. But keep a count on calories. It's not that hard. You find lists and books re it all. And there are small scales that will do the counting for you.
Why not add muscle instead of fat?
And if it all fails... try pregnancy![]()

try doing weights, muscle weighs more than fat anyway, and because you dont have to convert or fight off fat you'll find building muscle easier.
personally I can down a quarter pounder with added pattie and cheese, medium fries medium drink, cheese burger, chocolate sunday in a sitting and wish I'd got a large....
I usually get a good square meal, vege, meat etc sometimes pasta sometimes rice but still dont see any changes.
oh I drink a bit like a fish...2 beers a night usually...

Sorry, pf, you think you're eating shitloads, but you're not. Weigh your food, work out the caloric intake. Food in - work out = fat stored. If your doc's checked your thyroid and suchlike then that's all there is to it.
And fuck letting your body grow mass naturally, that takes too long. Just get on the juice. You wouldn't be too worried about a heavier jaw, facial stubble and growing a mini-cock, surely?
