I agree that those bigger bikes are stable at very high speeds. I would imagine the temptation to let it rip on the open road must be almost impossible to resist.

Well those who brake the speed limit have to pay the price and yes the police are out in force so just be aware of it and try sticking to the speed limit so you dont end up being the next 1 to loose your licence. Not worth the risk and regardless of what you think of the police force they have a job to do and if they can keep the roads a safer place for us all then good on them. Ride to survive.
