    Early morning ride?

Seeing sun is rising around 6am nowdays(according to metservice?), for those of you who can wake up "early" what about sun rise viewing ride?

I don't know where is good spot for it but somewhere like

Eastern Beach, Beachlands, Maraetai, Kawakawa bay, Orere Point, Kaiaua

or if we going todo long ride somewhere east side of coro is good for it??
Suggestions please and we shall do it, little breakfast before the ride, big breakfast after sun rise!

Ride to Piha or Muriwai for Sun-set viewing ride would be nice too (and I guess most of you can make this ride more than morning!)

We go there before the sun rise and have a look at sunrise when we stop. Beach would be nice. Then we can have breakfast at local cafe or somewhere

Try St Helliers. Easy cruise and good view at the destination. I once did that, great pleasant. And personally I wouldn't want to go all the way to Muriwai in the early morning ride... Too far.

    It's your call, I ain't stopping ya!

could do the ol' - wake up at 2.30am to meet raj and friend at autobahn at 3am. escort them down to just part hamiltron and part ways, going left toward the coromandel. have a great ride to the mount, arriving just in time for brekkie. enjoy some sun and kick tyres and after a chill out, head back through the gorge for a marvellous ride back to aucks, arriving back around 12.30ish

    whaddya reckon ej??
