    Bloody good point!

If it represents a threat - it tends to get noticed. I say we all install a 20,000 Volt thingy on our bikes - someone touches it and they get a belt they don't forget

STfella,What you say is probably not far off,but from expereince, during court impossed defencive driving classes I have spoken to litrally dozens of car drivers that have admited to having seen bikes, but just carryed on because they did not think of them as being a danger,Belive me them fuckers didn,t pass first
time. The story that BigB has past on to us is some thing that I don,t put up with an never have.Three times I have followed pricks like that and made them either tow the line or shut the fuck up. When I get real pissed I don,t waste words and it becomes pretty obvious very fast,I have Taken a guys keys an
pissed off with them,That slowed him down.At the very lest in these situations I feel you should follow them until a set of lights catch em,Then come in from the back an do a tail light on them.
Fuck It,Kill em, all, let god sort em, out

Our biggest problem is that there are not enough bikers out there. So the average cage driver does not know how to co-exist with with bikes. The law, and its interpretation, does not encourage people to use two wheels, so they've never had the need or inclination to try them, to know what it is like on two wheels.

So, one answer is to go forth and multiply, make lots of little motorcyclist.

On the other hand, part of the enjoyment I get from biking is the challenge. It's me against them... how can I outwit them... I know they are going to do the unpredictable, so I've got to second-guess them. Treat them like Orks, except you can't chop their heads off.

Is this something we should raise in in the Chicks on Bikes forum?

I don't know about the rest of you but I haven't had any moments caused by others in 2 or three months

Perhaps these other drivers are getting better at not hitting me or maybe I'm getting better at predicting them in time to avoid them.

I wish I'd had your luck/good fortune. I've had two incidents of cages failing to give way at STOP signs in the past week. Both times the driver simply failed to stop or even look it seemed.

Of course they saw me once they'd pulled out and did the "it's going to hurt him more than me" calculation and just decided to keep going.

Where's my vaporising raygun when I need it!?

Or maybe we get lazy out of complacency after a while and it comes back to bite us on the arse.

thats all very interesting guys, but what I REALLY need to know is how to kick in someones door while moving without falling off!

can  it be done or do you need to have the other boot on the deck? I'm paranoid about going shiny side down in an attempt to vent rage because then i'd be even madder (and have only myself to blame)

Hey ColdKiwi, ive pondered that question many a time..... the only thing i can think of is making sure you have some nice hard soled boots on and just kick out one of their side windows

failing that.... wait till they've come to a standstill, reach in and take their keys ( providing their window is down ) and then drive off leaving them sitting in the middle of the road with no way to start their car.

    Nouse!

What kind of idea is that? Kick out there side windows? Im shocked, you should know by now that that would be highly differcult and highly dangerous. Go for the rearvision mirrors, just put your boot out and pass down the side of them doing an extra few Kmph (dont aim to close to the car as you might hit the more solid stalk)
Mirrors are more expensive and on the Newer Mercs they double as indicators!
    Happy happy hunting!

Oh I wonder how we would do if we dressed up our bikes like cop bikes? Hows that for an idea????And wore the same colours!

All this talk of revenge is quite interesting,BUT as much as I am into paybacks in a big way myself,I think you should take into account the possible repercusions if you get it wrong.
If I make a mistake myself I will always admit it and at lest say sorry,Hey anybody can mess up.If my car,4x4,or anything I was driving is ever attacked for ANY reason,I can promise you I will hit back.I know of more than one biker that has had the crap kicked out of him for this type of thing.Never forget you have a number plate that can be tracked in about one hour,by anybody.I personaly don,t have my bike rego,ed in my name or at my address for this and other reasons.Keep it in mind that somebody out for revenge may be happy to just take it out on another member of your family. You never know who you have pissed off.
Due to my past work I have seen some real nasty shit happen
due to small beginings.Just be carefull how you go about these things.

All i can say is everyone here ( i hope ) is just talking a lil shit about revenge.... riding a bike you get enuff shit as it is from people and their perceptions, last thing we need is a whole bunch of crazed bikers who must be in gangs, selling P to kids and mugging old ladies kicking in cars and ripping off their side mirrors

Hahaha could you imagine sitting in ya car as some clown filters down the lane with his foot out taking off every side mirror. I'd be pretty pissed if it was my car but in saying that, it would be kinda funny to see
