    Beg/Borrow/Rent/Steal a minibus from Wellington

So, I'm trying to organise a minibus to go from Wellington to Mangakino - about 900K round trip - and while rental is reasonable I thought it worth a quick post on here to see if anyone has a minibus I can beg/borrow/rent/steal for four days (over Waitangi weekend).

Anyone? There's beer money in it...

Typical mooching biker now we own a Triumph, are we?
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

But it is a nice Triumph even if I say so myself.

What's on in Mangavegas, a convention of sister-loving, seven-fingered banjo players?. No offence, but that town has some pretty fucked up inhabitants.

My eldest daughter did a Guide Jamboree many years ago now. Had the wildest time ever. Broke a couple of teeth (though when they rang me they said they were "chipped") on a mountain bike. Best thing ever for kids to do.

The only vans that drive into mangakino that have wofs are paddy wagons. Its a lovely town, nothing like going for a stroll in the soft evening light of burning cars......I think they are going to shoot "blackhawk down 2" there.

Of course I am not going to admit to spending any time there, ever visiting the high school or having any family in the area.
