Photos - Kaitoke buckets Nov 2008

After retiring my bike following the first practice session (missing or incorrect rear wheel spacers), I had a chance to try out my new camera lens.

These are riders that I am not sure are on KB.

Some great racing out there today, such a good track.
I especially enjoyed the battles between Bayden and Fi5hy.

It was Pammy and my first go at Kaitoke today. Was great fun, once I'd sorted out all the rules and tried to tame my unruly hair. Unfortunately because my hubby's bucket had a hissy, I was the only B Grade rider out with all those loonie bloody A Graders, wasn't too bad apart from the occasional high speed sandwich maneuver by Bayden and Fi5hy (Yes, I'm sure I could hear those shits laughing as they did it) and Nudey's believing that I may be nice and not try squeezing him off the track as he tried to go around the outside of me coming into a corner (next time I may not leave that inch of track for you..... ). All in all, I had fun, but was getting a bit tired from concentrating so hard on not changing my lines or pissing about and keeping an eye on when I was about to be pillaged again!
Thanks to the cart guys for making us all very welcome again.

Umm, well I can only speak for myself..... slow, but that has more to do with my stink riding and that mine is completely stock apart from the wheels and front brake. Skunk's goes pretty well really, he can tell you what he's done to his. I like mine, I like 2 strokes.

Skunk's is competitive, mine is in B grade, so if you ride well and want to do a few modifications to it I'm sure it will be for ya. The main problem is the 4 speed gear box which I'm not sure is swapable with a six, but I'm sure a little stuffing about with gearing and spockets should get it going for whatever track you want to race.
