    Blah

Well... I got told not to go via Te Awamutu due to a massive unsealed road detour to get across to Mangakino, didn't leave till like 5pm, so just hit SH1... And no I could not walk when I reached my destination haha, way too much just sitting on bike on straight roads!

The Silver Surfer, after being nailed by bugs riding throughout the late evening, wanted to go for a surf on the lake, I had to prove to her that there were no waves.

Oh yeah, and the ride home equation was: Full leathers + 3 hours of rain + SH1 = Very sore and wet Rob.

Well after 4 hours of tennis I didn't really feel like riding for 20mins on a one lane gravel road in the dark!

Haha well I went to AA in Taupo so I could plan my route back and they'd run outta North Island maps and no way am I paying! I shoulda printed something off. But yeah I was on a bit more of a time constraint then first thought. Will probably look to head down SH22 and follow your route next week or the week after though

    If I can find it.

Edit: Stickchick assures me it's probably in some box under a pile of crap in the garage. PM me if you want it.

Nah, they made them required course material for "Geo216 - Geography of New Zealand", so the cost is now $79.80

I have a 20-something year old Shell roadmap in my car.

It got us to Dannevirke and back!
