What cracks me up is these people riding with Fingerless gloves why bother?

Another is the ones you see riding in summer with helmet, jacket, gloves and shorts - what are they saying? Do they think the skin on their legs is tougher than the skin on their arms or what?

My daughter face-planted after the trottle on her pocket bike jammed open and her gloves have just as many scars as her helmet! I wouldn't like to see what her palms would have been like without gloves...

I never go on bike without glove's ,it's silly not too however there are those that will do so ,just like a chap I seen heading down to burt munro rally with no helmet. You maylook cool while all is going well, but I doubt you will look so cool when you come to grief

I would rather go with shorts and gloves than leathers and no gloves.

I saw a guy riding erratically along Great North Road the other day in shorts, T-shirt & jandals. When I caught up to him at the lights I realised he was texting! I laughed out loud and said I've never seen anyone texting and riding before. He kindly explained that's why he can't wear gloves to ride... you can't text while wearing gloves!

By the way, he was not riding a scooter. It was a gixxer!

Hey, I've got the exact same gloves! (Red, not blue.)

The knuckle armour on each is about halfway between the state of the left and right ones in your pair.

I wore them for the last time at Taupo on Sunday - noticed that the pad on the left index finger was worn right through, I could see pink skin when I put them on...

Time to shop for a new pair of glubs this weekend.

A silly question, if I may?
What sort of distance did they travel in contact with the tarmac??
I have the same gloves and have been looking for a replacement pair for a while, but finding a pair that fit like these is darned difficult.

No no no, you must remember that riding a motorbike is meant to be cool, wearing gloves is just gay.

I saw some dickhead on a litre bike with shorts, sneakers, a t shirt and a helmet on. Well done cumstain.

I would never leave the house without my leather jacket, helmet, gloves, and boots. At the moment I'm using kevlar jeans, which aren't the best things in the world, but soon will be upgrading to leather pants.

i have some nice winter weight amoured gloves that did wonders when i did my slide down the road, along with my spare gloves that are just for replacing said wet gloves and now some motocross gloves for hot days and short rides down the road
I've learnt to hide the pain inside, open the throttle and ride away.
