i takes a few weeks man, by my 3rd week i was up and about doin bits n pieces, best way to sleep is sitting up for the first few days, (i did for a week)
buy the 5th week i was back to work and at about 80% strong.
if ya can get out and a bout, go for a walk and shit it helps alot cos it gets the oxegne flowing alot more. the pain killers suck and make sure you get some anti-inflams they help big time.
