The vast majority care not what any member of the general public has to say. They exist to ticket you and arrest you, not to have a cosy chat.

Were you in the shop? heh I was round the back picking it up. It is all happy again. Only problem is they couldn't find out what was wrong so reset the ecu and it's all happy again.
