Funny how the whole family clammed up and refused to talk, I notice they still aren't.
from day one I thought they should lock the whole fucken family up. Put them all into a dark room full of white noise, that'll get someone talking eventually........fucken mongrels the lot of them.......yay we get to pay for them to live......

Those poor poor babies is all I can say - everyone in that family knows who killed them and they should all be locked up. ALL OF THEM!

Its no excuse but we aren't talking about the sharpest knives in the drawer with this family. Chris Kahui was acquitted which simply means the police couldn't get enough evidence to persuade the jury. No surprise there when the whole family refused to speak and had lawyers advising them even before charges were laid.

I suspect these poor wee boys were mistreated by more than one person and it may not be clear who dealt the final criminal blows. Unless there is a confession its unlikely we will ever know.

They'll have falling out one day.

But that is exactly what the family did, keeping thier mouths shut. His claim they were giving statements at the same time is utter bollocks. They all closed ranks to protect the killer.

But very true... there will be a falling out, one day... Probably over whose turn it is to shout the Lion Red or buy the Port Royal tobacco....

Little darling babies, I was appalled that following thier deaths, a Tangi was allowed to be held, these were babies with multiple injuries and any ceremonial aspects SHOULD take a backseat to abuse cases. From Day 1 it was a mess and the family had all the power.

I don't know who killed the little darlings, this is what 'experts' are paid to find out. If the father has been cleared then hes been cleared, NZs justice system, a work in progress.

I sincerely hope that these little ones find justice, this is unacceptable whats happening to our babies.

What IS a joke is the fact that if someone borrows one of my vehicles, commits a crime, be it a minor traffic offense or worse, if I don't want to be lumbered with the fine/repercussions then I MUST name that person or take it on the chin myself.

Thats an interesting set of values we have as a nation
To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and to endure the betrayal of false friends. To appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know that even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded

This is made a lot easier if people answer questions when asked.. rather than keeping their gob shut to protect someone.

It works fine when people don't cover up who commited a murder.

Maybe if the double jeapardy law is changed, they might.
It's only when you take the piss out of a partially shaved wookie with an overactive 'me' gene and stapled on piss flaps that it becomes a problem.

Know what you mean but that only applies to vehicle related offences. If someone borrows your house, your clothes, your tools etc and commits a crime, you cannot be compelled to name them. The compulsion to give information to the Police is actually very narrow. In fact you have a choice - simply say nothing and be fined for refusal. You cannot be compelled.

Yeah well aware it relates to just vehicle offenses, what is questionable is you HAVE to name names for a vehicle related incident but can remain tight lipped in a murder case.

Throw the fucking lot of them in jail, THATS what should of happened, in my ever so humble opinion.

    Fucking sub human baby killers

I'm not entirely unsympathetic but the problem is once they are all in jail and they all start naming names how do you tell who is telling the truth. Many would argue that in this case it probably would not matter.

Justice is sometimes slow but remember even the slowest rider reaches the finish line.
