As for the Harleys I wave everytime just in case and because I think nah fuck ya...you don't want to wave to me too bad...I'm gonna wave anyway just cos it probably annoys you to have a chick in bright green and white race leathers on a sprot bike waving to ya

maybe you could do a 'wank' hand signal, or the 'single-finger', perhapes that may get a reaction. Other then that...try to not let it ruin your holidays.

    Reason Explained

Everyone knows that the reason a Harley rider wont wave is, because they cant. The vibrations on the bike are so intense that they cant let go till the get off the damn thing....eh MadDuck?.....

    its not just harleys

more and more my mates and i who all ride sports bikes are being ignored by other sports bike riders who,for whatever reason dont wave back, not that we really give a shit but we do follow it up with a tosser sign strait after and laugh at them.
Its all good, thats just people for you, theres always someone.....some mothers do have em'.
i will keep waving and thats just cause i want too,i enjoy the comradery.

p.s my old boy rides a harley and waves to all riders so they do exsist.

enjoy the nice weather coming up,i cant wait!!
    peace

Maybe the moderators could start a specific 'Wave' sub-forum. It seems there are a fair amount of threads started on the subject. Just an observation.

This has been done to death, but I have to say I agree, I rode down to palmy from aucks not too long ago, and had a rest break in taupo, down where burger fuel is, and there was about 8 harleys parked up, I thought oh cool proper bike parks and other bikers to chat with etcetcperhaps a little comraderie......anyways I pull up and they're all just fucken glaring at me and my red sports bike, giving me that whole "who the fuck are you to park next to our harleys and ruin our sitting here drinking coffee and lookin mctough and posing".......I could'nt believe it, so I parked right between two of their bikes, just to wreck the whole poser look altogether for them, and said g'day and nodded at a couple and was totally ignored......absolute posers, probably ride in straight lines and slow down to 30 for corners, stop for coffee and a latte and fuck off home..... I think their gear was probably worth more than my bike......It's a shame as I quite like harleys, too bad most (not all) of their owners have some kind of god complex- maybe to go with the whole mid-life crisis thing?

But I don't really give a shit, I get to ride my bike, it spends more time under me than in the garage being polished.
Cats land on their feet. Toast lands jamside down.
A cat glued to some jam toast will hover in quantum indecision

Curiosity was framed; ignorance killed the cat

Fix a computer and it'll break tomorrow.
Teach its owner to fix it and it'll break in some way you've never seen before.

Hey guys just make sure you don't give up on waving to guys out there on "customs" - It's get mighty lonely out there on the road on my Bellagio...

I'm quite tired of people asking "what sort of harley is that?".

Oh well. Wave on guys & gals
