Speaking of tires, I was just at TSS in the Hutt. Pilot Road 2 180/55 $300.00 and all others similar relative to their normal retail cost.

I'll count myself lucky then, if and when I fix/replace the fairing panel i'm sure i'll get away for alot less than $3K!

If ya keen to catch up tomorrow Al if it's fine you could take a run to Vegas, i've gotta go into town to sort out how much it's gonna cost to send these panniers to Greymouth.
I'd come over there but I really need to slow the traveling down a bit so i've got a tyre to run to the coromandel on and money in the bank to get me through the rest of the holidays.
