What do you (fat bastards) think of a social group for those committed to losing their bin/getting in shape etc? is it worth creating one? It would be a group pretty much committed to actually putting in the work and not just talking about it however....Could have before and ater shots/measurements go up......I am aware there are probably better sites for this but i'm interested in joining yet another.....let me know if ya think it's a good idea

Well i dont really think i need to.....

even tho i am heavy i can still do chin-ups. Given not many i feel that if you can do that at anyweight then the weight itself is not a problem.

Are you confusing fat with unhealthy? Besides, I know whom shall be chowing down on whom, come the first nuclear winter...

BMI?... at the doc she said I was perfect... something like 23.5 though that was about a year or so ago now... still same height and my weight has stayed the same .. so that's what it is i think... I'd need to measure it all again to give you a more accurate answer.. (and i'm lazy so i won't do it again)
