    Dangerous steps down

As most of you know Dangerous life is going to be tipped on its head in a month or so. For you that don't hes in for a few sleepless nights soon. As such he's taking a break from his role a Pressy of the BMRC (Chch Bucket Club), now it was a role he was bullied into over a few beers. But on behalf of the club I would like to thank him (and Rashika) for his efforts over the last couple of years.

In this time we have seen some large growth in the club and the quality of bikes has come along also.

Thanks for your time Gingernut and you will be still around anoying the shite out of us. I have accepted the Pressy's role as a caretaker untill Dangerous returns or we elect a new one.

    Cheers, Brent Cotton

Good of you to take over for the next five or so years.

Good job Dangerous (and Rashika) even though I only see the BoB (hurry up and set a date Buddha!).

How about meet the new boss, the same(?) as the old boss?

Good on you for stepping up Buddha, I'm sure you'll do a great job. Maybe you'll be just distracted enough with your presidential duties that I could slip past you this time around

Good luck with your new arrival Dangerous and Rashika - I hope that it all goes smoothly and bubba is chilled out....is that possible with a ginga father?

Seriously though - to hark back a ways - D thanks for helping to get Sully to the BOB - he is determined that the whole Monster crew will be there next time and so long as nothing crops up we will be

Volunteering in clubs is often a thankless task so good on you for stepping up D and Buddha!

Ya know the truth of it is, well there has been a few complants about the way I operate from the likes of Kickaha and TonyB... so bugger it Ive done my bit, yeah I guess the fact I cant afford to race now with a blowen engine AGAIN has something to do with it but hey Im going to take advantage of being able to spend more time at home.

Buddha's been there and about out the other side he is less abrutt on line than me thats a good thing, he can change what I have built up eg: the 6 trophy classes I established, not all agree with it but I reckon all members pay the same fee so the more classes they can compeat in means they get to race similer people http://www.bmrc.co.nz/Points/2008%20Points.php

Im still going to be involved but wont have to deal with others, I love the idea of bucket racing but as it has progressed so has the lack of fun in it, so hey, Im going to go back to were the fun is stuff those that are all secret about what they do to their bikes and dont6 shear there help and parts can race hard out, Im going to hang back and relax for a change.
    cheers DD
