What's the coffee like at Pelorus lately? Their microwaved pies annoy me too.

The ice creams are eNORmouse. Usually found their food to be outstanding - microwaved pies? I can't believe it....

The pies are frozen and then microwaved and are about $6 each...

Coffee and pies are better at Rai Valley, but Pelorous is a better place to chill out.

Their venison pies are great when they come straight out of the oven, don't think the recipe would have changed since I worked there. They do ruin a good pie by microwaving. The lentil pies are good too but I guess that isn't a very manly pie

African odyssey is showing @ the gecko theatre here in Mot.
This Saturday 10th @ 8:00
and Tues 13th @ 6:00
I havn't been to the "new" gecko theatre but the old one was quite laid back, couches and arm chairs to sit on, very intimate,
Might pay to book as it's only a small theatre
