Well done finding us, good to see you here, welcome to Kiwibiker! I think I can come for a ride - by Thursday I'll have my bike serviced and housework all done. Maybe we could do the scones and coffee thing again - last ride was great.

Although, there is a chance also that because I will be finished all my housework by then, I might tootle off to show Little Boy another part of the country before school goes back and I lose the freedom of choice ...

Hope you've managed to get a few rides/work in over the silly season.

Hi chickys, have posted another thread under the gals group but thought I'd try here too.... Just wanting to know if any gals are heading over to the woodstock rally??? This will be my first time heading over to the coast on my bike... practically a rally virgin pfffftttt lol... anyways was hoping to meet up with some other lovely ladies doin the ride over or meet up there for a drink or few.

Yep me will be at Woodstock too!
So definately count me in for some serious drinkies girls!!

But me and hubby going over Friday, staying at bro-in-laws for usual piss-up, then heading to Woody Saturday morning sometime.
We gotta shoot back to Greymouth around 4pm to attend me Daddys 60th and plan on being back at Woody about 8pm Saturday evening. I will keep in touch via txt when there, depending on coverage

I have a BBQ and Party at my place on Friday (16 Jan) for anybody who is NOT going to Woodstock (where is it anyway?) - would be great to have some more biker gals coming and to see you again! It will be outrageous! Email me for directions and info: tina@towanda.org - hope to see you there!

Ride on Thursday (15 Jan) - leave 10 am Nor Wester Amberley or 10.30 am Rangiora Mobil Station to ride to Springfield via Loburn, Glentui, Oxford and Waimak Gorge. Meet 12 am Springfield at the Cafe for lunch, then head home again. It's not that exciting roadwise but we meet my friends from Wellington in Springfield who are coming through on their way from Mayfield.
And then it's party time on Friday! Woodstock Rally is on the 30 Jan, so doesn't coincide with my BBQ (16 Jan) AT ALL. Drop me a line for directions - I'll expect to hear from you!!!!

Welcome! I won't be making it to the Woodstock but have a good time & enjoy the awesome roads going over!

I got rid of all my post cards you gave us at Amberly, all to chicks, or chicks who knew chicks that ride, who were keen at the time for a weekend away on the bikes! Great idea that business of yours!

Unfortunately Im out of riding till Woodstock. Got to much going on here with kids and getting them organised for school, oh and work

Id be keen when the kids are back at school!!

mine too!!! am hopin to go, tis next weekend yes, the 24th?? i'm goin 4 my 6 R next thurs so will go if i get it and can organise sum tentin accomodation

I think i'l be able to get it off work!! wld love sum company on da ride ova, be my biggest 1 so far, will proly need a head start 4 the pass tho lol

oh and won't b able to make thurs sori girls, bikes in gettin a service so i'm stuck!! may see sum of ya 2morrow nyt tho
