Thanks for the great ride, guys! It was nice riding with you all, sorry if I held anyone up in the corners.

Well actually I didn't finish it all - didn't wanna hold everyone up for toooo long so I left 3 slices of pizza and a few chips... give me another 15min and I'd have cleared the table though!

You look like you'd be boiling! Full leathers on a beach on a day like today, I can't imagine what it'd be like...

A couple of pics from my friend's camera
    1. Clearer knee down photo.
    2. Getting ready to leave the beach.

Getting ready for bed and I realised that I had damaged myself on the ride and got...

Sunburnt on my face and arms

Should have followed Toto's advice and stood under a tree

Fantastic day for the ride yesterday. I Hadn't planned on joining the ride because of work in the morning. Got a call from a couple of mates at lunchtime that they were at Puhoi at were heading to Wellsford.
So i figured what the hell, we'll head to Waipu and we'll see the 2fiddys on the road.

Didn't expect to see youse all still there. Good to see a couple of familiar faces, and match some bikes to user-names.

Nice wheelie DucatiHard (got a couple of mumbled Chur's from the brothers) and the chrome tank on MrsDuctaiHard's bike is mucho respected.

Went back down through the Brenderwyn's and saw only one cop on the passing lanes at the bottom of the hill (as you always will) and 2 within 2 minutes at the 70k area of SH16 heading out of Wellsford.
No more after that, and that was it for the whole day.

Glad to hear you're ALL back ok, cause to be honest (given the numbers) I wasn't 100% sure that'd be the case.
