    Hey Woody,
Dispite your best attempts to get me to come to the Garstonian Rally and dispite the fact that I'd love to be there, Kay [Amazon] & I will be on our South Island road trip. However, the least we could do is to take some flyers around the Island with us and spread the news.....I'll print off as many as I can stuff into my saddle bags and carry on your wonderful marketing campaign.

It will be weird going to a rally and not seeing you and Amazon. I'm sure we will still find someone to talk to though

I came backfrom Te Anau last weekend passing thru the site, Devils Staircase region AND over the Crown range, all in a car The missus was quite enthusiastic about a run in from Dunners so it looks like a weekend on the loose is not to be However, at least i get to go!

Just go the long way there from Dunedin, Wanaka, crown, then devils on the way. Going sh1 to gore then up is 255km, through central to wanaka over crown range and down is only 396 km. How much more fun though?

Talking IRON MAIDEN - V GARSTON RALLY Grrr

As a few of you will have heard, Iron Maiden have decided to piss on my parade and hold their small gig, the same time as my big gig is on

I did try to get on the Rock and have a chit chat with our Bruce Dickinson, to get him to rearrange or come to play at the rally but I couldn't get through.

I have had a few dear friends of mine, text me, and phone me to say they have tickets to the little gig and can't come to mine.

Guys, all the profits from this rally are going to the Prostate Cancer Foundation, and I am doing a whip round in a bucket for funds for the Garston Church as well, seeing as though the Registration post is adjacent to the quaint church.

If anyone feels the need then donations for the rally charity can be made, no matter how small, or dare I say make it a big into the bank account inthe pre-paid bank account which features on the entry form.

So Solly Amazon, etc., Andy from Dunedin, Barry from Pleasant Point and others, stick your hand in your pockets Dudes and Dudess's and turn the grief in not being able to make the Garston into a huge smile on my face by donating and making yourselves feel better.

In the words of Hot Chocolate, "Everyone's a winner baby"

    Here endeth the prayer.

Had another look at the rally sight and it filled me with joy, nice and big, picturesque and gagging for a fun filled party.

    Let the fun commence.

    1 month today. YIKES,

And if you are pondering whether to come, then how often do you get to come to a first rally, and guys, I am busting my gut to make this a huge success, so don;t be afraid, "its just a little bit posh"

Well have worked hard for the past 1.5 months pullking it together, booked the weather, got the Church on my side, so its all looking rosy, got some cracking raffle prizes rolling in now, so get ready for some interesting competitions coming up, and a very different and brillian performance maybe, jsut waiting to hear if that person will confirm.

    Yours woodybee.

Thanks mate for your lovely comment, you coming?
