I agree absolutely with the thread about the almcomplete lack of info regarding track and racing days.
I found out, today, purely by accident, that AMCC had a race-day tomorrow. If it 'is' on their web-site then it notice.
And so, it seems to me that somebody needs to take up the cudgle and create a complete calendar for both track and race-days.
The question is, who will do this?
Personally, I have neither the time nor the computer skills to set up such such a sub-site on KB. But, by heavens I'd be happy to pay, say $50 a year as a subscriber to a site which laid out the entire year's racing-track-day calendar.
Let's face it, the officials at track-days and race-days basically do it from the goodness of their hearts. As do the various committees of biker clubs. To expect, or even ask for them to do even more is, in my mind, quite unacceptable.
I'm totally into user-pays and will happily pay for a subscription access to a complete diary or race and track-days.
Hell's teeth, there must be some biker-freak-computer-nerd who can set this up!
There must be at least 1,000 bikers who would subscribe.
Seems like the potential of a nice little earner is in the wind.
But, currently, you're all right. Finding venue is like looking for an honest politician.
