I haffs not... s'pose I should do it some time... but I'm still trying to find an aftermarket large tank, so I can stay in the wop wops for longer...

well thanks for the offer, and wouldn't be a problem with letting ya have a go.... but still have the problem that i don't have the cash to be able to get it in the first place! let alone all the extra crap would have to buy. You realise the swing arm on it is broken ah?

I do believe GNs can go anywhere mate... even flying through rivers without checking depths (ah banzai!) Youll be sweet man, these guys are good and the whole idea is for you to ride your own ride and do it at the speed you want to.... go and have a blast!

i do have full insurance.. and they are paying out and not being a bitch, but that money will be purchasing me a shiny new bike, and therefore won't have money to then go and buy back my wreck of a bike to use as a track bike!

Well im now heading back to the naki tomorrow... woohoo 4 day weekend! so won't be coming for a swim in the car. have fun!
however, maybe i have hit my head... buying a new phone and paying for stuff for the car, before i pay out on a new bike... whats wrong with me?! haha, its all good, ill be back on a bike as soon as i can (but have to wait to find a bike that deserves the joy of riding! haha)

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.

"suffering" is another way of putting it - a bit harsh on the 'ol GN though

Yea I agree, providing the roads are not too steep to make the GN go on 1st gear (which would be painful for bike and rider), my concern more was the 10L tank - hm although thinking about it, 200Km's is probably its capacity on a full tank so should be do-able!

    No other GN's?

My GN did flamin miles on a tank. If i was crusin at 80-85, it would get nearly 30 k/L. Dont think i ever got it under 24 k/L (i think? while ago now...), even thrashin it round town.

Normal gas stops are no more than 150k apart on these rides, so wont be a problem mate. TEC will chill behind you and let you do your own comfortable pace, that's the idea of the noobie / learner rides
