That would be stooopid as the buckets are alot slower, we arent allowed to back it in or have our foot out when its a mixed class....... apparently........ backing in however is allowed on a sportsbike in a sportsbike race (go figure) and generally the knee on the deck is out more than a leg beside the front wheel, but we aint allowed to do that either (go figure)
    Anyway getting off topic

If they do have motards they need to be in their own class, and if they are on the short track dont go giving them 6 laps of that little track when others get 6 laps of the big track ffs, we get 5 mins other get twice that for the same entry fee. if the small track twice the laps please or it shall be boycotted
Ive run out of fucks to give

Set a date - set the classes - see what happens.

As far as our meet goes Q, we are promoting retards and to have their own class.
leg out and backing in as far as Im concerned is no issue HOWEVER the different lines they take when Im on a F3/F2 bike is dangerous, lets face it we take different lines.

I was planning on shearing the track this BOB with the retards, as we did with streetstock last year... I aint dealing with them again, BUT I handed presidentship over to Buddha last month so its his call now.

    Only in a straight line

the only problem with motars is they suddenly turn sideways and slow down
right bang smack in frount of you as you enter a corner

and i have never seen any sportsbike enter corners with there leg infrount of the handlebars sideways to the track on full lock AND SURVIVE

yes they do back the bikes in but not as much as a motard

my hat goes off to the motards and they should have there own race as they are much more fun to watch

and I have seen Buckets do the oval WITH MOTARDS and keep up (Edit at Mt Wellington) and I have never seen a motard do 200k there either

    go mister Morgan go
    wheely's and all

    Ya reckon??

Lines? Ive seen sportsbikes take different lines, Ive seen motards take different lines, dont think everyone does the same line ever in any class.
I can take any line I choose as the Motard is very agile, however I dont think Im taking a different line to when I raced a sportsbike to be honest,
You guys are basically talking up the general crap most sportsbike riders talk about Motards.....leg out, stop mid corner, different lines....I say Bollocks to it, any race on any bike in any class you have to adapt to the above issues all the time anyway and regulary

(I know I sound like a grumpy bastad Im not meaning to lol)

But a seperate Motard class would be great, I think you would get better numbers as far as entries are concerned as Motards like riding with other motards anyway......same as sportsbikes like riding with sportsbikes.

oh and do buckets go over 200kmph ??

The "Kreidler Zigarre" (1965) a 50 cm³, record: 210,634 km/h 23.10.1965 it can be considered as a bucket as this bike was not a GP racer.

You Motard guys should have your own race. as your special and you deserve it.

I will enjoy the after race function with you, but I don't want to ride in the same race with you! <--you) because you frighten me! <--me) with your riding behavior.

As an aside, Not 200kmph but my Bucket will keep up with any 125 air cooled Motard.

no and I've never seen a motard do it either (at Mt Wellington)

Motards are generaly ridden in a different style to sports bikes

I'm not complaining you old fart but you remeber whats it's like to try and overtake or get overtaken by a newbe

they pull past you and jam the brakes on in the corner

Where was it suggested that Motards would run in the same race as buckets?
