    Alone,or in a group,i love to ride!
I do prefer to know who i'm riding with, but otherwise i'm more then happy to fall in behind.
I'm not into going "racing" when on a group ride.
I'd sooner come last, and enjoy it.

I prefer to ride with my hubby or/and a select few people whose riding I know and trust, or by myself.

Only two possible issues here when spending too much time alone:

    1. You discover that you really don't like yourself and end up depressed.

    2. You discover that you are indeed a farking excellent person, fall in love with yourself and get caught making out in the bushes......alone.......

(And worse - it was the best sex you ever had!)

Just remember to respect yourself in the morning if you put-out early....

I love to ride in groups, its fun, but you have too be 100% aware of whats happening around you, and put a heap of trust in the riders you are with.
Speed is the killer of this, so if the lads at the front want to go fast, thats ok with me, I just tag on to the rear of them. Its also good to sit in the middle of a mob of good riders, but I get a little nervey when there a lot of noobs in a mob. TEC is a position behind the Harleys so I dont sit there ,lol.
Riding in a small mob, say 5-6 is easy as, when they are all experianced riders.
Risks are taking when with those who want to hit the throttle stop,
but it all comes back to your personal comfort zone and how much experiance you have in groups.
riding in pairs is good for getting places at a good pace, or for a pootle across the contryside.
Riding alone for me is so/so. I do it, but dont enjoy it as much as riding in company.

Where's the option for "all of the above in the right circumstances"?

I like to ride alone for all those reasons EJ said.

I like to ride with one or two friends when I know I can trust them, and our bikes and riding styles are similar enough that nobody feels like they are holding anyone up (otherwise I would prefer to ride alone and just meet them at the destination).

I like the fun of riding in a group - the bigger the better! BRING ON THE WESTPAC RIDE!

I would go with any of the 3, though if I go for a ride in a group just make it clear that everyone rides to there abilities and we can always catch up together at the next coffee shop/pub. I'm just a riding slut and love to ride.
