Have a great day at the track Tony and all the support crew. Hope you got your umbrella Rob. One that will go nice with your new jacket.

Sorry Tart. I was distracted by the place I had come from and the place I was going to. Not a good thing when riding but I was not in a hurry so I was thinking about what was and what could/should be. Forgive me? You should flash your lights or somthin and I would notice.

Have a great weekend you lot. I think Tony might be right about the rain. Not as much till Saturday and then not as much as we would like with Sunday being fine. Go the Hawkes Bay

You're forgiven. I wasn't actually in my car, so couldn't flash the lights.

What a great day. Weather was overcast, just right.

Had 3 Triumphs, 2 Ducatis, including a 1098S in our garage. Was a no Jappa zone.
    ( More a coincedence really..)

Ran the Speed Triple in 3 sessions and the Ducati in one, mainly to test if the fault was fixed.
    It is.

First time ever I've scraped my boots on the ground cornering, gave me a fright first time, but became regular as the day wore on.
First time ever found the rev limiter on the Speedy.

Felt really in sync with the Speedy, dunno what speed I was pulling but it was over 9000 down the straight in 5th.
The lack of a fairing on it did'nt seem to matter on that track with only being 1 long staright
    Passed a few Gixxers.
    Got passed by Gixxers too.
Had no near misses, no close calls, all was well.
Fitted top hi perf brake pads this week, halved my braking distance from the old pads.
    Highly recommend EBC HH pads.
Rear end started to lift under braking, wound the pre load out and it changed the whole bike, awesome.

What a great track, great organisation, good grip, I'll be back.

Think there were a few bins, only saw a guy go off in front of me, and a chick in my group looking sad holding her bike up on a bend.

Rob said there were a few including yet another R1 biting the dust bad
Rob was quick with advice on what it costs to repair those!
And a CBR too I think.

Thanks to Rob for coming with me and assisting.

Did I mention there were lots of hot chicks!
