Thanks for the update on your healing process Jay. I know that having the injuries you sustained in you accident down South can be sometimes frustrating as all you want to do is get to that time in your life where you will be back in the riders seat doing what it is that you are good at and Love, but you must give your body that time that it needs to fully recover.
I know it wont be long and we will see you out there racing again and when that time has arrived I know that there are alot of us out there who will be wishing you all the best. Good luck with the remainder of your healing process and Please keep us up to date with it all ok?. Takecare.

Hey Jay glad to hear it is coming along, hope that shoulder does it's thing & gets back like new. As i learn more about this stuff (my collarbone is taking a while, still feels broken 4 weeks on) the more i hear,- yes you can get back on & ride but it takes another 6 weeks or so to after it is 'healed' get strong enough to risk crashing on without bad consequences.
Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.

Good to hear things are healing up. Have you put on weight like me?

Hopefully we will see you on track soon. Keep on keeping on.

    Glad its not too bad.

Have you considered using your downtime / knowledge to raise some cash (to fund your next season) by running a rider training day at manfield? I guess you couldn’t ride yourself but you could incorporate a “class room” lesson and pointers session. Im not sure how it would work but im sure it could be done.

    id be in.

We both have. It's hard not to when there's nothing else to do!
