    Vehicle search?

Some twat plowed into my brand new car in the shopping centre. Just drove off leaving me with the bill and the stress of getting the insurance company/panel beater to return it to new condition.

Couldn't get the plate off the security camera but have a good description on make, model, colour, number of doors and age of car.

Is it possible to get a search done without a plate for matches? Can anybody help?

not through the usual channels (post office, online checks) I'm afraid... They'll all require a rego. What's the description? Unfortunately a "1996 blue toyota corolla 4-door hatch" will still return tens of entries within Wellington...

If they crashed into your car, there should be some damage on theirs as well right? So maybe you could check with local (and not so local) panel beaters?

Sorry about that man, it sucks eh?

Its a 1990's Silver 3 door beemer compact (316t or 318ti). Not too many left those of. If I can narrow it down to 2-3 in the Hutt valley then I should be able to check them out for damage.

Okay then keep an eye out for a silver bmw 316 or 318, 2-dr hatch in the Hutt with crash damage, get the rego and PM fatjim.
