Considering an upgrade to another 250

Well it depends on what money you can pull out of your bike, and what sort of deal you can swing on a new one, and then what you can sell THAT for when you get your full license.. unless of course you have money to pour down it, in which case just go for it.

I think the cbx250 would be a much more capable bike than the gn250 though. Have a ride of an 2008 GT250R on the motorway at 120k and see how it feels

It's doing between 25 and 32km/L (depending how I ride etc), aparently a friend can get a reasonably good cond cbr250r 1989 for about 2200... Definately don't have alot of money right now, but yeah...Got the CBX up to 122k :-D
