Well done Leyton, cool video!! Yep great ride and once we left the pea-soup in Hamilton the weather was absolutely perfect!! Best time of year to ride, I think, and a pity a few more couldn't join us!! 6 bikes with 2 pillions and as always good ride and good company and the coffee and food at Whakamaru was excellent, a must stop for any future rides that way.

Life would be so much easier if you addressed questions with a simple answer.
To Rose,
What a happy girl you were, especially when you were riding your bike.
It has been a pleasure to have known you. I can still here your laughter and oh those pics you kept trying to take taking while i wasn't watching on the far north trip.
I will miss you Rose, may you continue to flower.
Always be thinking of you.
all my love xox

From Gisborne Herald
http://www.gisborneherald.co.nz/Defa...&s1=2&id=10538State Highway 35, near Tolaga Bay, was closed for three hours yesterday after a 29-year-old Hamilton woman died when the motorcycle she was riding went under a truck.
Sergeant Jo Chalmers of Gisborne police said at about 10.25 yesterday Rosemary Devina McDonald Orsbourn took a corner too wide, went into a slide and under a light truck as it came around the corner.
"She was a very experienced motorcyclist - she had been riding since she was 18."
She was part of a group of 30 motorcyclists.
Her fiance and brother were part of the group and were at the scene when she died.
"We're not sure whether speed was a factor, whether she has hit a rut or hit the brakes too hard," Ms Chalmers said.
The woman owned a racing bike she took to meetings around New Zealand but she was not riding it at the time.
