i just got a new tri oval and the guy who put it on said if i drill the rivet out i could slip the baffel/reducer plug out the end,ive drilled it but it appears to have a bend in it so i think im fucked!! any one done this befor? thanks

Mate had a tri-oval, but it was on a k6 thou...
If its the baffle, its fine, you just need a firm hold of the baffle with the pliers, and wiggle it a bit, and it should come out. Its always hard the first time![]()

The tip of the baffle should be quite a bit larger than the rest of the baffle. Therefore, with the rest being a smaller diameter, it should be able to slide out the hole (even with the bend in the end cap)
