The lower lid of my left eye has been sporadically twitching for the last 4 days, starting to get a bit annoying. Anyone know what causes this twitching and how I may be able to make it stop (short of holding my finger on it)?? Thanks!![]()

getting enough sleep?
Yep, crack withdrawl can do that to ya Trudes!
But seriously, I get it often and its been happeing for years. I have no idea what it is or what causes it. It comes on when I am tired or run down and sometimes when I feel a bit stressed. I found no cure but holding my finger on it either. Tell ya what, you go see the doc and tell me what they said...![]()
"Some people are like clouds, once they fuck off, it's a great day!"
Usually 2 cups a day, so not excessive amounts.
Yep
Just got off the phone with Nasty and we've narrowed it down to eye strain/fatiguefrom the excessive amount of reading I've had to do in the last few weeks... and I've been forgetting to wear my reading glasses
So will try to remember to wear my glasses when reading and see if it helps. In the meantime I look like more of a spaz than I normally do with my twitchy eye
Thanks for the responses though peeps!I'll be back if the glasses don't solve the issue tho!
Its a nerve thing....normally brought on by the overwhelming desire to smash some bastard!!
Feeling a little tense are we??......![]()
Thanks Mom!!(The closest I could find to a twitchy eye smiley)
I thought that was a twitchy fanny?
are you also hearing voices and maybe seeing a little mexican man that keeps calling you "Doug"?
perhaps "the time for biscuit is upon you"
