yeah yeah the cars are shit and ya wouldn't catch me dead in either brand but the racing is fucking awesome... it's so satisfying when you see a big ugly commode whollop the wall at 130kph... love it... pile ups are even better. supercars rule

when dad and i were super noobs, we thought the same thing and just envisaged the start of the ride to be like the start of us sx lol
    its really not that bad

come do the port waikato with us, oldskools penciled in as well, i don't think there will be much tight stuff to worry about seeing its a farm ride, been told its similar to the mangatangi trail ride that's behind the red fox except with much cooler views
when's this Port Waikato ride on? this weekend?
Why would you ride that long and that gnarly stuff if you don't have to, Its what we do, we love it.

Sunset Farm Trail Ride - Port Waikato

    Event Category Event Type
    Offroad/Trail Trail Ride

    When: Sunday, 19 Apr 2009
Where: Sunset Farm - Port Waikato
    District (Region): South Auckland (AUCKLAND)
Directions: Signposted from Pokeno and from the Waikato River Tuakau bridge, follow the Honda arrows and signs to Port Waikato and head south (all on sealed roads) to the start approx 3 km south of Port Waikato.
Classes: - Short cuts, alternative Yellow (intermediate) and Red (Expert) loops make this ride a fantastic venue and you can circlate as many times as you like. Free sausage sizzle at lunch time is always a crowd pleaser and sign on spot ptizes could mean you go home with some great product.

Terrain: With a diversity not seen at other rides, we include the native trail, heaps of farmland, a pine forest block and best of all, rugged cliff top trails that have a freshly bulldozed track that shows of the terrain. Most of the trails (except the Super Expert Pine loop) are of intermediate standard but as always we have the Counties Honda Mini Track where the kids can try the Honda dempo fleet plus the 1.5 km Junior Green Trail suitable for the kids and learners.
    Organiser: Power Adventures
Contact: brian or chris on 092388600
    greg 0274454429

    Other Details:
After having to cancel the ride last month, we have secured Sunday 19th April as a replacement for the Sunset Trail Ride at Port Waikato. The tracks will be in primo conditions as extensive bulldozing has allowed even more alternatives and better riding round the coast where the magnificent views on the wild west coast take your breath away.Counties Honda will be out in force at this event so come along and see the demo (or even try them) bikes, ride withthe boys aned have a great time. This is a great event held only once ayear and not to be missed
we may just go where no ones been
