Cool, reversed bording, where do we put the kids?
Cheers Olivia for the links, I found all of those this afternoon (1st day back at work and was quiet ). Cheers also Olivia and Grant' for the offer of help to move, much appreciated.
Well waste no time I did not. Found a house just around the corner this afternoon. Captain Tugboat (he's on the interislander as we speak) said he trusts Ive found something suitable, so will most probably do the deal tomorrow. Easy to find and has a HUGH f*&k off double garage and workshop + some basement fully wired and lit up perfect for those all day bike workshop deals and the house is big with four bedrooms. Old (gotta check out the Axminster carpet), but is in the middle of an organic kiwifruit orchid so we have: Handy to town, same area, more room, same price, rural aspect, cant ask for more really. Peta can we score some wood? It has a wood burner which I personally love in a house.

Perfection is not something you should ever attain, but something to always strive for. For if we actually achieve our idea of perfection, is it then any longer perfect?
