Just a thought: should anything 'unfortunate' happen to his van, you could well be implicated, as the police will know you have a grudge and also know where the van is parked...

After all, is this not a case of your word against his?

(I had someone deliberately rear end me once on my treadly, and although myself and even two witnesses reported it, nothing ever came of it... so without witnesses, what are your chances of getting justice, do you think..?)

Dont stress, im not planning on doing anything except informing the cops. I work for the MOJ and cant afford to lose my job...

Well I hope you are being sarcastic?

Smacking people over is just going to get the wrong people thrown inside. Nothing wrong with tracking the guy down and letting it be known he ain't invisible and 5,000 plus people are keeping an eye on him but violence - come on...

Every one of us would like to think a quick smack upside the head is going to sort this guy out but it would probably be about as useful as israel walking into lebabnon, it justs gets him a bit angrier and even stupider.

Umm, yeah I dont think so. Im feeling pretty crook atm and dont want anything going wrong and me losing my job, especially since I may have to have a bit of time off... Im gona report it to the Police but probably just by phone call as I dont feel up to leaving the house. Please guy's I dont want anyone to do anything! As it is crazefox has talked to him, he knows I know who he is and if he IS as stupid and young as he sounds I dare say he may be pooping his pants... Violence only makes more violence and and I dont want him going and doing this to every motorcyclists he sees just cause a few of them "ganged up" on him! The cool thing is I know who he is now, thanks to crazefox. Thanks for all the offers guy's but lets let the Cops deal with it eh?!

I think a bunch of us should go round to his place and knock on his door and give him a harsh word or two, nothing like a group intimidation! let him know we know were he lives, were he works, and who he hangs out with! he will shit himself! that will do the trick! no need for violence!
Cops wont do jack unless someone was hurt, they just dont have time.

I had a young guy in front of me yesterday on the Wellington motorway in a ute with a motor on the back covered with plastic, the plastic came off at 100km and onto my bike!, i couldn't avoid it. i was lucky it didn't get jammed in my front wheel.
so i chased him all the way to his work and gave him a bollocking, poor guy he was shaking, he thought i was going to hit him. I got the message through to him without wacking him.

Cheers for the sentiment, but i'd be really pissed off if ANYONE did anything more than whats already been done. Ive found out who he is and thats all I needed. As I said, he'll probably just start picking on all bikers then someone WILL get hurt....
